(Fergus, ON) – Sometime between 11:00pm on Wednesday, May 19th, 2010 and 9:00am on Thursday, May 20th, 2010, unknown suspect(s) removed a special needs adult tricycle from a residence on Milburn Avenue in Fergus.
The tricycle is described as having a pink frame, chrome handle bars and a blue collapsible basket.

(W. Garafraxa Twp, ON) – Sometime between 1:30pm and 4:15pm on Friday, May 21st, 2010, unknown suspect(s) broke into a residence on the Second Line of West Garafraxa Township. The suspect(s) gained entry by forcing the front door and once inside, they removed a HP laptop computer, a quantity of jewellery and cash. The suspect(s) then fled.
(Fergus, ON) – On Saturday, May 22nd, 2010 at 2:31am, officers from the County of Wellington O.P.P. responded to a residence in Fergus regarding a report of a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that the victim, a 26-year-old female, had been assaulted by her spouse. No medical attention was required.
A 35-year-old male from Fergus, Ontario was arrested and faces a charge of Assault. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on June 28th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
(Fergus, ON) – Sometime between 9:00am and 10:15am on Friday, May 21st, 2010, unknown suspect(s) broke into a residence on Harper Crescent in Fergus. The suspect(s) gained entry through a rear door and once inside, they removed a quantity of cameras, an Acer notebook, an Aspire laptop, an XBOX and several electronic games. The suspect(s) then fled.
(Fergus, ON) – On Monday, May 24th, 2010 at 3:19am, officers from the County of Wellington O.P.P. observed a vehicle leave the scene of a collision on Belsyde Avenue in Fergus. Officers stopped the vehicle, a 1998 Dodge Ram, on Elgin Street in Fergus and the driver had been drinking.
Bradley R. SAUNDERS 23-years-old of Arthur Township, Ontario was arrested and faces charges of Impaired Driving, Driving with More than 80mgs and Fail to Remain. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on July 12th, 2010 to answer to the charges.

(Fergus, ON) – On Monday, May 24th, 2010 at 7:54pm, an officer from the County of Wellington O.P.P. responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on Highway 6 north of Fergus. The officer located the vehicle, a 2003 Toyota Corolla on St. David Street in Fergus and the driver had been drinking. He was administered a roadside screening device test and failed.
Justin Joseph MARCOTTE-CHAVES 20-years-old of Cambridge, Ontario was arrested and faces charges of Driving with More than 80 mgs and G2 Licence Holder Exceed Zero BAC. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on June 21st, 2010 to answer to the charges.
