(Fergus, ON) – On Wednesday, April 14th, 2010 at 10:45am, the victims, a 19-year-old female and a 17-year old male, were walking along the sidewalk with a group of special needs children and staff on Scotland Street (in front of Center Wellington District High School) in Fergus. At this time, a jogger, running southbound on Scotland ran through the center of the group and assaulted the victims. The jogger then continued running southbound.

Description of Jogger: Male White, approx. 30 years old, 6' tall, thin build, short dark coloured hair, clean shaven, wearing a white long sleeved t-shirt, tight black jogging shorts, white running shoes, sunglasses and had ear phones in his ears.
