On Monday April 19th, 2010 at about 4:34pm County of Wellington OPP officers responded to a reported single vehicle crash on Wellington Road 7.

Officers located the collision near sideroad 4, about 4 kilometres south of Elora. Witnesses told police that the 2002 Honda had been driven dangerously; passing on hills, forcing other cars to take evasive action to avoid a collision. The Honda skidded into the east ditch rolling over. Police spoke to the male driver and found he had been drinking.

Markian Rozak aged 22 of Brampton has been charged with Impaired Driving and Dangerous Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. Rozak is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 24th, 2010 to answer to the charges.
