On Thursday April 15th, 2010 at about 10:30pm County of Wellington OPP officers were patrolling Wellington Road 32 in Puslinch Twp monitoring traffic. At this time Constable Henry VanDyk spotted a 1998 BMW travelling well above the speed limit. This auto was clocked on radar at 147 km/h in the 80km/h zone.

Jagroop Hothi, a 24 year old Cambridge man has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. Hothi is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 19th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
