Theft Under $5,000 April 13, 2010

(Guelph, ON) – On Tuesday, April 13th, 2010 at 2:25am, officers from the County of Wellington O.P.P. investigated the occupants of a 1994 Dodge Dakota pick-up on Highway 6 near Paisley Road in Guelph. Investigation revealed that they were in possession of a large quantity of scrap metal. The scrap metal had been stolen from a business in Guelph.

Nicholas A. POWER 26-years-old and Christopher POWER 26-years-old, both from Toronto, Ontario, were arrested and face a charge of Theft Under $5000.00. They are scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on May 17th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
