Impaired Driving Arrest April 9th, 2010

On Friday April 9th, 2010 at about 6:33am County of
Wellington OPP officers were notified by an alert motorist of car
weaving all over the roadway coming into Fergus.
Police stopped the 2004 Chrysler Sebring on Highway 6 south end of
Fergus, and soon determined that the driver was impaired by drugs.
Michael Leigh Wallace aged 43 years of Guelph has been charged with
Impaired by Drugs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. Wallace is
scheduled to appear in Guelph court on May 10th, 2010 to answer to the
charge.
