(Fergus, ON.) -On Thursday February 10th, 2010 at about 2:03am County of Wellington OPP officers investigated the driver of a Mazda M6 found travelling on Belsyde Ave in Fergus. Police spoke to the driver and discovered that he had been drinking. The driver was administered a Roadside Screening Device Test which resulted in a fail.

Stephen Thomas ODonnell aged 24 years of Orangeville has been charged with Over 80 mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. ODonnell is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 15th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
