Drug Charges

(Fergus, ON.) -On Sunday February 7th, 2010 at about 3:53am County of Wellington OPP responded to a noise complaint at some apartments on Queen Street, East, Fergus.

Police located an intoxicated male in the hallway of a local apartment building, which was yelling and kicking at some doors. Officers tried to assist with the male who became belligerent and confrontational. The male was arrested for being intoxicated in a common area and upon search officers located a small bag of marihuana.

Michael Daniel Sanecki aged 28 years of Guelph has been charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act as well as Intoxicated in Public contrary to the Liquor Licence Act. Sanecki is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 29th, 2010 to answer to the charges.

(Fergus, ON.) -On Sunday February 7th, 2010 at about 10:20am County of Wellington OPP investigated the driver of a 1998 Plymouth Neon found travelling on Tower Street, Fergus.

During this check, officers located a small quantity of marihuana in the vehicle.

Michael Brendon Taylor aged 27 years of Arthur has been charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Taylor is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 29th, 2010 to answer to the charge.
