(Centre Wellington, ON.) -On Monday February 1st, 2010 at about 3:19am County of Wellington OPP responded to a reported collision on Second Line, east of Fergus. Police located the crash on the second line south of Wellington Road 19, and found that a 2001 Dodge Caravan had left the road and drove through a group of mailboxes. Officers spoke with the driver and discovered that he had been drinking.

Michael Baillie aged 30 years of East Luther Twp has been charged with Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada as well as G2 Licence Holder-BAC above Zero under the Highway Traffic Act. Baillie is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on March 15th, 2010 to answer to the charges.
